Witch's Curse
An extremely short game I put together to learn a bit more about GB Studio :)
A weird hut appeared in the woods next to your town, just like the elderly told the newer generations about. As everyone thought it was a silly story the cycle of the curse is about to affect the entire town (who is not exactly caring). Since no one thinks this is a real problem, it's up to you to stop the cycle and break the curse!

Install instructions
To play the game outside of a browser you will need a Game Boy or Game Boy Color emulator, or overwritable cartridge.
To play on an emulator simply load the file through and set your controls (GBC emulation is recomended for the proper experience)
If you wish to play on original hardware you will need to have the equipment to overwrite a cartridge with the rom

Interesting. Kept me on my toes. Nice coloring and some impressive mechanics at play. I’ll need to sit down and mull over that first ending though.
so cute ! luv the graphics & the song that plays, it gets so creepy when it starts to slow down hehe
was able to get ending 2/2 first & then played thru a few more times to get ending 1/2 (which made me go 0_0)

I liked it a lot, but I think the scene where the witch chases you would benefit if you didn't have to read the "there's no going back" text each time she gets you, the first time is enough
Wow this was really cool with such a well puzzle! I got ending 2 though where the witch possesses me and stuff.
This was cool! I really like the graphics and there are some really impressive effects like the glowing lights
I gave up in the chasing scene because it was too hard and it got frustrating that I had to go all the way back and read the dialog box and answer the question every time
Maybe I’ll come back and finish it sometime
